We at Thistle House make every product with utmost love and care and always try to deliver the 100% satisfaction to our customers. In an unfortunate situation of you facing any issue, we can only help you with an refund in the form of store credits only.

Please notify us at support@thistlehouse.in Or WhatsApp us +91 9009 786 000 within 3 days from the date of Product Delivery. Please make sure the returned product/s are unused, unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags.

We will arrange a reverse pickup for an exchange for an order, depending upon the availability in your location. So it is suggested to get the package ready once the pickup is scheduled. Any reverse shipment charges will be borne by the customer.

In case no reverse pick-up facility is available in your area, we would request you to return the package yourself on the address mentioned below. Looking at COVID-19 situation we would appreciate it if you send the packages yourself.
If a certain style is NOT eligible, it is mentioned on the product page itself. Custom made product/s, Free gifts/products won or received in promotional offers, jewellery are not eligible for return or exchange.

In a rare case of you receiving manufacturing defect or a wrong product, please notify us within 3 days of product delivery date, We will arrange a pickup by our end and send the new one for the same product to you.
